Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the following Chrome extensions published by Triumph Arcade:
- Pulls by Triumph
- Triumph Card Finder
- Triumph Box Auditor
- Triumph Inventory Auditor
- Triumph Uploader
- Triumph ID Collector
Summary
These extensions are internal tools built exclusively for Triumph Arcade team members. They do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data to third parties.
Data Collection and Use
What data is accessed:
- Inventory data from the Triumph Arcade internal API (card names, certification IDs, box assignments, prices, and card images)
- Firebase authentication tokens already stored in the user's browser session for the Triumph dashboard
How data is used:
- All data is used solely to provide extension features — searching, auditing, uploading, and reporting on Triumph Arcade inventory
- Data is processed locally in the user's browser or exchanged directly with Triumph Arcade's own backend API
- Spreadsheet files loaded by the user (e.g., for the Uploader) are processed entirely in the browser and are never sent to any external service
- No data is collected for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes
Data Storage
- Extensions use
chrome.storage.local to save session state (e.g., scanned boxes, search results, upload progress) on the user's device only
- No data is stored on external servers beyond what the Triumph Arcade API itself retains as part of normal business operations
- Users can clear all locally stored extension data at any time by removing the extension
Data Sharing
These extensions do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties. All network communication occurs exclusively between the user's browser and Triumph Arcade's own backend services.
Use of Chrome APIs
Each extension's use of the Chrome Web Store API and user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Data obtained through Chrome APIs is used only to provide or improve the extension's stated functionality
- Data is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the extension's functionality, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger/acquisition with prior user notice
- Data is not used for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality
- Data is not used by or transferred to any party for determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes
Permissions
Each extension requests only the minimum Chrome permissions necessary for its function:
- storage — persist session state locally on the user's device
- activeTab / tabs — interact with the Triumph dashboard tab the user is viewing
- scripting — inject content scripts into Triumph dashboard pages to read authentication tokens and interact with the page
- downloads — save generated spreadsheet reports to the user's computer (Auditor extensions only)
- host_permissions — access Triumph Arcade dashboard and API domains only (no access to other websites)
Authentication
Extensions authenticate using the user's existing Triumph dashboard session (Firebase ID token). No additional login credentials are collected, stored, or transmitted by the extensions.
Children's Privacy
These extensions are internal business tools not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
